Earth Day Allows Us to Recognize Progress and Continue our Fight for the Future

Since Earth Day was yesterday, it is important to recognize the nearly 200 countries who have committed to The Paris Agreement and are fighting the Earth’s most pressing crisis – climate change – through the reduction of fossil fuels.  Yesterday’s signing at the United Nations ceremony in New York represented the largest number of countries to sign an agreement in one day.

We can all make a difference in our daily lives to fight for future generations, and these are just a few to consider:

Walk, cycle or take the bus

Adopt reusable containers for water, coffee, everything

Recycle daily

Take reusable bags to shop

Plant anything

Support wind and solar energy projects
