Apex submitted an updated Public Involvement Plan (PIP) today. The PIP is an important document which summarizes the activities Apex will undertake to educated, inform and involve all stakeholders in the project, including the general public. The original PIP was submitted to the NY State Department of Public Service under the Article 10 regulations on October 31. The NYSDPS responded to our original plan with a number of informative and helpful suggestions in order to improve the PIP and outreach activities schedule, and ensure that the PIP took into consideration all potential stakeholder groups.
