Paul Williamson is the primary contact for Lighthouse Wind. Paul joined Apex in 2015 and manages its projects in Maine and other areas of the Northeast. Paul is a native resident of Maine and has worked in the wind industry since 2008. His prior experience includes seeking economic growth areas for companies and employees through the nonprofit Maine and Ocean Wind Industry Initiative and working with Maine’s workforce and economic development systems to enhance economic and employment development for boat builders and advanced composites material companies. He also owned and operated a private business in Maine for 10 years. Paul’s passion encompasses the opportunity to enhance job growth and economic opportunities throughout the Northeast.
Carmen O'Keefe is a project developer for the Lighthouse Wind project and has been working with Apex since July of 2015. Carmen manages the office in Barker and helps to establish relationships and connections in Somerset and Yates. Carmen grew up in Newfane and is thrilled to see the potential for progress in the area she considers home. Carmen has a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music from Greenville University and is very active musically in Western New York.
Jessica Walsh is the Public Engagement Coordinator for the Heritage and Lighthouse Wind projects. She started out as an intern for Apex in December of 2017 and was hired on full-time in November of 2018. She is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience. Jessica is eager to work closely with the public to promote renewable energy and community benefits in Barre, Somerset and Yates.
